After our boiler was condemned on Monday, Gerry was out to see us in the afternoon and after a very competitive quote, Craig was out on Tuesday morning with new boiler installed by the afternoon. That was before we had even received the "priority" quote from the firm who serviced the old boiler for the last 4 years. Excellent service, workmanship and thoroughly reliable firm to deal with. I had a full bathroom refit , bath replaced by a level entry shower , new toilet and sink , full bathroom wet walls , ceiling and non slip floor.I was very impressed by precise from the sales to the end result .When refitting a 20 year old bathroom in an older house 50+ years there was some problems which were resolved and communicated quickly all tradesmen were very professional, friendly and approachable going above and beyond.Even the office staff on the phone when calling to arrange times and days for tradesmen were very professional and friendly .I was over joyed at the end result , the bathroom is stunning much nicer than I could have imagined, even the small details of the finishing touches . The quality of the bathroom is to a very high standard due to quality of the new wet walls and bathroom suite also to the high standards of work by all tradesmen.Precise installs is by far the best company I have used and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done that they provide a service for .

Although the job I had done was a small one, it was however carried out from start to finish professionally. The plumbers told me what the problem was and how they were going to fix it. Had a replacement shower fitted by Precise Installs and was really pleased with the work done. Alistair and Chris were excellent plumbers and also did a lot of the woodwork and Wall panels. Nothing was beyond them. Great support from the office staff as we required a replacement Shower unit as the original one had a faulty vale which meant the shower dripped constantly. This was replaced without any fuss and Alistair came and did a great job. Highly recommend them.

This company was a joy to deal with. They were installing a Wet Room in my mums house in East Kilbride and she is delighted with it. The whole team from Allan the sales person to the plumbers , joiners, electricians were excellent.They gave a time scale and stuck to it,.They turned up as planned and worked all day. They came across extra problems (blocked pipe/dry rot) and just fixed it. They showed great professionalism and courtesy throughout the job.They were on the 'approved' list of Companies from South Lanarkshire council and weren't the cheapest but they were absolutely worth the extra cost.

Precise quoted to carry out installation of a down stairs disabled toilet in my home follow an amputation of my right leg due to infection. From initial contact with their sales team & office, right through to completion of the works with the final checks. From the time Stuart from Sales first visited us and listened to what we needed and went through all our options to the time the installation of the work carried out on the en-suite, the end product was just what was needed. This company has been fantastic! They took on another company’s unsatisfactory remedial work in my bathroom and couldn’t have been better. I was incredibly nervous due to my previous experience and they showed great patience and offered repeated reassurance. On discovering further problems, they explained the situation to me and in a very skilled manner rectified same. The boys were all lovely and carried out the work to a very high standard, were polite and friendly, arrived on time, completed job when they said they would, removed all debris and left things clean and tidy.
