2. You’ll be put in touch with Stuart our bathroom guru. When you speak to Stuart, you’ll soon realise that he’s a real bathroom fanatic and will want to hear all about your dream bathroom.  After your initial phone conversation, he’ll schedule an appointment to come out to your home at a time that works for you. While he’s there, he’ll measure your bathroom and have a relaxed chat about what you have in mind for your new bathroom.
3. Within a week or so, Stuart will get back to you with a quotation and a 3D CAD design if you want one as well. It’s worth noting that this service – your home visit, measuring up, quoting and CAD design – is all completely free of charge and you are under no obligation at all at this point.
4. If you decide you want to go ahead, Stuart will come back to your home to move on to the really exciting bit. This is where you choose all your bathroom items and colours. Stuart has lots of experience and can help guide you when it comes to achieving the look you’re dreaming of in the budget you have available.  He has a great range of photos, catalogues and images you can look at for inspiration, and of course you can draw on his experience to help you.  While he’s there, you can also discuss your preferred installation/start date.
5. Once you’ve agreed everything, Stuart then heads back to the office to put together what you’ve agreed, and he’ll email everything to you to check.
6. It’s only at this point that you have to part with money, because this is when you pay your deposit.
7. And finally, once you’ve reached this point, all you need to do is put your feet up with a cuppa and wait for us to get started.
