I have been very disapointed at the expense of my heating. Marcello came to service the heating and i told him. He gave me the best advice to try and explained how system worked. I did as he said and since my daily spend has reduced from almost £7 to just over £3!!!
Wish i had his advice from June 24 when i moved in i would have saved so much money.

I was trying to get my boiler repaired and put the job on Checkatrade. Only one company was interested and they ssaid my boiler couldn't be repaired so I'd have to spend £3.6K for a replacement, and then the plumber tried to add an extra £100 to the price. Precise Installs repaired my 11 year old boiler without a problem and cleaned teh system and refilled with corrosion inhibitor. Saved me >£3K so recommended

Recently, we had Precise Installs install a new boiler in our home. I was very impressed by their professional approach, as well as their efficiency and quality of work. We had a thorough discussion during the sales manager’s first visit, followed by a second visit from another engineer. We also consulted in detail on the boiler selection through subsequent email exchanges.
During the installation, the engineers Marcelo, David and Stuart F. worked very hard to ensure everything was done properly. They even removed the old water tank at no extra cost. Overall, the installation was first class, and the disruption was kept to a minimum. The staff members involved were brilliant and friendly. My family is delighted with the end result, and we would have no hesitation in recommending Precise Installs.

Precise Installs undertook a full renovation of our wetroom. Stuart was great to work with as we put together the design and spec, good comms and very responsive and patient as we worked through all the details. The installation guys were great too, all very personable and hard-working. We are extremely pleased with the final result.

I’ve recently had a new combi boiler fitted by Precise Installs. From start to finish these guys have been first class. The quotation was provided very quickly and was extremely competitive. It wasn’t a simple installation as they were replacing a 25 year old gravity fed standard system, so there were a few challenges along the way, but incredibly they still managed to get us up and running within one day. Not bad at all considering there were quite a few pipework changes as well as a hot water tank to remove. The quality of workmanship is as good as I’ve seen anywhere ( so much so, the wife is in no rush to have me box in the nice shiny copper pipework underneath the boiler as it looks so “industrial chic” 😁). All the guys that visited us have been very prompt, pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend using Precise Installs.

I have just finished dealing with Precise Installs on behalf of a relative who was having a wetroom installation. The council recommended 2 approved installers to quote for the work to be carried out. Precise were extremely professional from start to finish. Stuart the sales manager was excellent to deal with. The choice of wallboards, fixtures and sanitary ware were vast with loads to choose from. We upgraded several items and paid the extra. The installation was first class and the disruption was kept to a minimum. The tradesmen have been brilliant and extremely tidy.

Needed a toilet created upstairs in my house using the loft space. Was kept informed of when they would start and who would be coming each day and what would be getting done. Recently had a new ideal boiler fitted to a rental property I just bought. Speed of transaction was key as I wanted a quick turn around as the property was currently empty. Sales manager Gerry got me a same day quote and next week installation. Customer service was first class.
