What does your job involve?  What do you do on a typical day?

My job is overseeing the contracts side of the business, liaising with installations/surveyors and supervisors within Precise.  I also play a major role in defining and implementing Business Strategy as well as Policies and Procedures.

Like all Company Directors I have responsibility for our business growth and for making sure we retain the innovative mind-set for which we’re known and appreciated.  Building client relations and solving problems is what I do best.

Which part of your job do you enjoy most?

I love seeing our business grow and develop.  I get a huge buzz from being innovative in our approach and delighting our clients – whether that’s a one-off bathroom job or a contracting relationship that goes on for years.  Happy clients are my lifeblood.  Give me a challenge and I’m a happy guy.

Which part of your job do you like least?

I really love everything the business is and is becoming.  The team is great BUT…I would happily delegate material ordering as it’s the one thing that drives me nuts from time-to-time 😂

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Outside of work, I love being in the great outdoors with my family.  We love camping and hiking and I particularly enjoy snowboarding.  I’m currently learning to surf, so I might have to let my hair grow so I look the part – watch this space 😂
