“Thanks Stuart. The guys did a great job today again. Really impressed with your plumber – youngish guy with glasses – he’s been really fab throughout. Working so hard and telling me how things are planned for the job and being a great plumber. I don’t know if the younger plumber is an apprentice or learning on the job, but I’m really impressed at the way the plumber teaches him and seems to give him a lot of confidence while he’s giving him experience of doing things. So professional.
The joiner and electrician that were out last week were fab too. We’ve had so many workmen in here since we moved over a year ago with getting new windows/doors, new heating and radiators, new fire, new electricity system and new ceilings upstairs and I’ve never, until now, felt that I wanted to feedback about any of them, but this whole team have been great. The tiler was really skilled and has done an amazing job – he really thought about what he was going to do with the tiles as well as doing a fab job! Please let their managers know”.

All the tradesmen and contractors involved were the most polite, friendly, and helpful group of individuals who went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied every step of the way!
No request or problem was ever too much trouble for William and his team. They were always available to address any concerns or queries I had, and they took the time to explain everything in detail.
